ScarWork™Scars become part of the fascial web of our bodies and create restrictions in the tissue. Through this very gentle work, clients can experience release in the tissue and gain mobility and ease in their bodies. Scars come from: surgery, animal bites, burns, torn ligaments, amputations and swollen/broken cartilage (such as cauliflower ears). These types of scars can all be worked on with success!
If you intend to start a Rolfing 10-Series®, it would be advised to have your scars released beforehand. It may take a session or two for deep or big scars. Work on small scars could be incorporated into one of the first sessions of the Rolfing 10-Series®. Learn more about ScarWork™ here. |

Tuning Boards™
The Tuning Board™ is a balance board and a somatic movement tool that enhances clients' relationship to gravity. It is an incredible instrument that is often used in this practice to help clients integrate the work of the Rolfing® 10-Series. The gentle movements and feedback the Tuning Board™ offers to the body also informs the nervous system. Learn more about Tuning Board™ here.

All appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a 100% fee.
Exceptions to the cancellation policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
